The empty Prophecy Plate in Honkai: Star Rail is a hidden puzzle in the Fate’s Atlas of Janusopolis on Amphoreus. When you first arrive at the Tomb of the Broken Dream, you will find a tablet without an image drawn on it in the southernmost room of the Fate Pool — an important piece of the puzzle is missing. From the space anchor in the Gloomy Lands of Silence, head west into a corridor with a three-dimensional map. Using the blue orb that displays the prayer symbol, overcome all obstacles there and reach the opposite end of the room. On your first visit to the tomb, you will also receive the bronze trophy “Dawn of the Dead.”

Connection to the Nymphs of Creation

If you inspect the empty plate, a hint appears saying that the puzzle is connected to the Nymphs of Creation. To solve it, you must collect all the bugs in the Fate Pool and obtain two additional notes from the seamstresses at the day and night locations of Kremnos Castrum. These provide image fragments showing what the completed solution should look like. The plate entry in your inventory gives a random hint, but it is not enough on its own — only by combining all the parts will you get the full solution example.

Puzzle Solution Step by Step

When placing the shapes, proceed as follows:

1. Leave the central figure untouched — it serves as the base.
2. Place a rhombus next to it on the left.
3. Position the vertical triangle so that it touches the lower right side of the rhombus.
4. Place the two lower triangles along the bottom edge of the large square.
5. Set the last triangle so that it covers the upper right half of the square.

After the correct arrangement, you will receive the bronze trophy “Buzzing Secrets: Many Faces.”

Rewards

The main reward is a luxurious chest containing the following:

• Trailblaze EXP ×30
• Stellar Jade ×30
• Celestial Ambrosia ×60
• 5★ Relics

If you previously collected the hints from the Nymphs of Creation, an additional generous reward awaits. A video walkthrough showing the entire solution process is also available.
